Visits to Galvanizing Plants in France
Intergalva 2012 delegates can visit a wide variety of batch galvanizing plants in France. These visits will take place on Thursday, 14 June and Friday, 15 June.
Registration for plant visits must be done on the registration form and the fees paid at the same time as the delegate registration fee. Delegates can choose 1 of 4 groups on each day. Click on the plant name to view more details of the plant facilities and features:

For reasons of commercial confidentiality, delegates from French galvanizing companies that are not members of Galvazinc are not permitted to participate in the visits to galvanizing plants.
Notes:
- Visits are only available to conference delegates.
- Visits include a ‘packed lunch box’ for all groups.
- Early registration is recommended as places on each visit are strictly limited.
- The Organisers reserve the right to offer an alternative if, for any reason, it is not practical or possible to visit the selected plant.
- Higher prices apply when registering after 10 April 2012. Prices include VAT.
- Departure and return point is only Marriott Hotel
- All return times are approximate.
- Photography may be restricted at some plants – please check the plants details for information on such restrictions.
- Visits to galvanizing plants are at your own risk. It is essential to follow precisely all instructions given by personnel at the plants. By registering for plant visits, delegates accept that visits are at their own risk. While, EGGA and the owners of the plants visited have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of visits, neither EGGA nor the owners accept liability for loss or injury howsoever caused.
